• Rights of Way: Rights of way occur when a person who does not own the land has a right of way over the land that has been established by use or necessity. They are often established over time and may not be put down in writing meaning that the landowner might not be aware of them.
• Landlord and Tenant Disputes: Landlord and tenant disputes usually occur when either the tenant or landlord fails to uphold the terms of the tenancy agreement whether it be the tenant in rent arrears or the landlord failing to make necessary repairs to the property.
